Dan Shore started Shore Associates in 1990 to provide
full service consulting for the real estate industry.
His goal was to merge client vision and expectations
with knowledge and experience.
Dan set out to aid small and large clients, (owners,
tenants, and developers) with property development,
project management, and facility planning throughout the
Bay Area. Within a few years Shore Associates developed
a reputation for saving time and money, providing
project leadership, and getting results. Based on
commitment to client goals, our leadership role has
extended to projects throughout California, across the
United States, and all over the World.
The Shore Associates team has expanded to respond to
market conditions. Our experienced professionals,
including six full time project managers and three
contract administrators, are well qualified to lead
projects of any size and scope. We have celebrated
tremendous success in managing projects from small TI's
to full campus developments, and from lease negotiation
to move management by understanding the goals an
promoting a get-it-done attitude.
